Our reservation system is two fold
A valid credit card number is required when holding either a cabin or campsite. Within 5-7 working days, a 50% non-refundable check is required to confirm your verbal commitment. If your check does not arrive, unless prior arrangements have been made, you risk losing your reservation. Your cancelled check will be your confirmation. If your reservation is made the previous season, a $200.00 non-refundable check will be required. The remaining balance totaling 50% is due by the end of the calendar year.

Balance Due
The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival, payable with either a personal check or cash. A valid CC#, if not already obtained, still needs to be held on file for the remainder of your stay as a damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy
The 5-7 working days between holding a reservation with a valid Credit Card # and sending a non-refundable personal check for 50%, is the only time there is no penalty for canceling a reservation. If you need to cancel up to 180 days in advance of your stay in a CABIN a $30.00 fee is incurred. From 180 to 30 days in advance, a $100.00 fee will be assessed. If the cancellation occurs within the 30 days before your arrival, your credit card will be charged up to the full reserved rate. A credit will be given for the total, less the cancellation fee. Your balance is given for future credit to be used within 3 years of cancelled date.
CAMPSITES are charged a night's stay and the balance given for future credit.
APPLETREE HALL deposits are forfeited and no credit given.
