As a proud recipient of "Editor's Pick" in Yankee Magazine's Travel Guide to New England, we have 10 comfortably furnished lakefront cabins complete with kitchens and amenities. They range in size from one to three bedrooms and can serve as accommodations and/or meeting spaces.

Apple Tree Hall can seat 75 or more participants and can be used as a rustic and charming banquet hall, meeting area, or presentation venue. Also, the area next to Appletree Hall can be reserved for a large tent or small sporting events. All of these buildings are a few minutes walk from each other within the campground.

Swimming, boating, fishing or sunning is right outside your cabins. In fact, famed oceanographer Jacques Cousteau took his first dive as a young man here at Harvey's Lake. For added appeal, there are three golf courses nearby, including the spectacular St. Johnsbury Country Club. The largest town of St. Johnsbury, (population 7,500) is about 20 minutes by car from our lake in West Barnet. It is also the site of the Fairbanks Museum and the charming Athenaeum and art gallery. Just minutes away, the Cabot Creamery, home of the world's best cheddar, offers tours at its visitor's center. Harvey's Lake Cabins and Campground also serves as a convenient base location for the state's most notable attractions. The White Mountains of New Hampshire and Mt. Washington, boasting the highest peak in the Northeast are just an hour's drive away.

Three international airports are within a 45 minute to 2 1/2 hour drive and Harvey's Lake is just minutes from two major interstates.

Our regular season is May 15 through October 15. Rates are flexible according to the size of your party and its specific needs.
